Systems Change Option

Selling IT is not just about gaining new customers: it’s also about maintaining profitable relationships with existing ones. One of the major benefits of selling with rentals through Option One is our easy, low-cost route to upgrade through our ‘Systems Change Option’.


Syscap’s Systems Change Option is a great way to help customers upgrade their systems. Sometimes known as ‘technology refresh’, this option protects customers from obsolescence by enabling them to build up an allowance to acquire additional equipment or software without increasing their periodic payment; they simply extend the contract term.

Time-bound

Syscap will advise you of all ‘prime targets’ through Syscap Online – typically those contracts that have run for over 12 months.


New product

We identify existing customers with a predefined product profile and sort agreements in order of those with the greatest amount of ‘free spend’.


Predetermined sum (up-selling/cross-selling)

We can highlight each deal’s exchange allowance of a certain amount when it becomes available. You can then go back to the customer and sell up to that value of additional modules, without needing to change their existing monthly repayments.


Joint promotion

Syscap will work with you to jointly promote rental terms that follow the best upgrade path for you and your customers.
