The following are the terms and conditions under which the Option One Rewards Programme (“the Programme”) is operated by Syscap Limited (“Syscap”) and all participants in the Programme will be bound by these terms and conditions

  1. The Programme is ONLY open to vendor and reseller organisations that are approved Syscap Option One Partners and Syscap Online users (“Suppliers”).
  2. Participation in the Programme is open to designated permanent employees of the named Supplier, who are invited to participate in the promotion by Syscap and have received an enrolment form directly (“Participant”).Each Participant must be approved in writing by the director or manager of the relevant Supplier.
  3. A Supplier may withdraw their participation and that of their Participants from the Programme at anytime. The appropriate Supplier director or manager should communicate this in writing to Syscap via fax, letter or e-mail to Syscap.
  4. Option One Reward Points (“Points”) will be awarded to the Participant under the Programme for all leasing and finance business proposed to and activated by Syscap by such Participant from the start of the month in which their enrolment was processed and accepted by Syscap. All activated business is subject to validation by Syscap and no Points will be awarded unless or until Syscap has satisfied itself as to such activation.
  5. Points are redeemable for reward items set out in the Option One Rewards catalogue (“Rewards”), available at the Option One Rewards Centre, and there is no limit to the number of Rewards that may be won by a Participant, subject to the appropriate number of Points being awarded during the Participants involvement in the Programme.
  6. All Points will be allocated to Participants within six weeks of the validated activation date and will be logged on-line
  7. Points have no cash value and are not negotiable or transferable, are only redeemable for the relevant designated Rewards for the appropriate Points total and no cash alternatives are available for any Rewards. Points can only be redeemed in accordance with clauses 16 and 17.
  8. Participation in this Programme is deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions in their entirety and each Participant is solely liable for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided to Syscap in relation to this Programme and the Participant’s involvement with it.
  9. Any tax or National Insurance liabilities arising as a consequence of participation in this Programme are solely the responsibility of the Participant and Syscap gives no advice or assurance nor has any liability in relation to such matters.
  10. All personal and sales information provided as a consequence of this Programme will only be used by Syscap for the purposes of communication within the confines of and the administration of this Programme. This information will not be sold, transferred, or used in any other way by Syscap.
  11. Syscap reserves the right to add, delete or amend any or all of the terms and conditions of the Programme, or any other aspect of the Programme, or withdraw the Programme in its entirety, at any time, by giving no less than 30 days written notice to the Participant.
  12. In the event of any dispute in relation to the operation of the Programme, the decision of Syscap is final and binding upon the Participant(s).
  13. Subject to statutory rights, all liability that is not accepted by Syscap within these terms and conditions is expressly excluded.
  14. Participants must always act in the best interests of their customers.
  15. Sometimes Rewards become unavailable for reasons outside our control. The Option One Rewards Centre reserves the right to substitute these rewards with alternative Rewards of similar specification and value.
  16. Rewards can be ordered and Points redeemed by the Participant for a period of three months after the close of the Programme, the date of which will be advised by Syscap to the Supplier and the Participants in writing three months in advance.
  17. Points may only be redeemed by Participants if, at the time of such redemption:
    1. they are in the permanent full time employ of the Supplier with whom they were employed at the time of enrolment; and
    2. they are an “Active User” of the Programme (as defined in Clause 19 below); and
    3. the Supplier is an “Active Supplier” under the Programme (as defined in Clause 19 below).
  18. If the participant leaves the company under which they are registered for the Option One Rewards programme, any points remaining in their account will become void from the time that their employment stops.
  19. An “Active User” is a Participant who has earned Points no less than 12 months prior to the date upon which they seek to redeem their Points against a Reward. An “Active Supplier” is a Supplier who, at the time at which a Participant seeks to redeem Points, is continuing to propose and transact leasing and finance business and is a current Syscap Option One Partner.
  20. Syscap can withdraw or terminate the Programme upon no less than 30 days written notice to the Participant(s) and the Participant(s) will have a further 3 month to redeem the balance of any Points (subject always to clauses 16 and 17) after which time any remaining unredeemed Points will become void and the Participant’s account will be closed.
  21. Points are valid for 18 months, an annual review will take place where any unredeemed Points will be removed and any Participants’ accounts deemed to be inactive may be closed.  Communication will be sent prior to any Points removal or account closure.

Any notice required to be given in writing by Syscap to Suppliers and/or Participants may be given by email using the last email address registered with Syscap by the relevant Supplier and/or Participant under the Programme and any notice will be deemed to have been properly given if sent to such email address.
  23. A person that is not a party to this agreement shall have no right to enforce any term of this agreement under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
  24. These terms and conditions shall, subject only to clause 11, be the only terms that apply to the Programme and the Participants involvement in the Programme
  25. This agreement and the Participants involvement in the Programme shall be construed in accordance with English law and the parties agree to submit themselves to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
