Associate

Entry-level partnership: delivering flexible finance, simply

The primary business interface for entry-level Associate partners will be our web-based sales portal, Syscap Online. Syscap Online will make the process of providing IT finance as easy as possible through financial analysis tools and the ability to create and print professional documents in real time.

We’ll also assign a dedicated internal account manager, who will always be at the end of the phone to answer any queries or action quotes and deals whenever you’re away from a computer.

Alliance

Closer partnership: helping position finance at the heart of your business

The Alliance partnership incorporates an even greater level of account support.

Your dedicated external account manager will provide hands-on support whenever you need it. We’ll first gain an in-depth understanding of your business and then create a mutually agreed account plan, which will be assessed and improved on an ongoing basis. We’ll also proactively suggest ways to grow your business, for example through entering new markets such as managed servicesand software as a service (SaaS).

We provide you with branded documentation to present to customers.


Strategic

Fully tailored programme: designed to suit you and your customers

As a Strategic partner, you’ll receive all the support and management of an Alliance partner plus added flexibility. We’ll work with you and your sales team to build the Option One partner programme completely from the ground up, to include fully tailored finance products and bespoke sales processes. Crucially, you’ll receive account support from multiple account managers, all of which will be overseen by an account director
